Nicki Minaj has revealed that her debut album will be called Pink Friday.
The rapper, who releases the LP in the US on November 23, said that the name refers to the country's Black Friday, traditionally the biggest shopping day of the year when Americans start their Christmas shopping.
Speaking in British accent, Minaj announced via Ustream: "To carry on a great tradition of Black Friday, we are going to switch it up this year in honour of the Nicki Minaj album and call that day Pink Friday, and call my album Pink Friday.”
She then signed off with her signature phrase: "It's Barbie, b**ch!"
Minaj recently confirmed that her new single 'Your Love' will also get a UK release.
